Industry Problem Statement: Carrier limitations (late), lack of visibility, lack of ownership/accountability, lack of engagement
Compliance & Adherence at the Point of Care
Industry Problem Statement: Product loss and poor adherence costs billions of dollars in wasted product as well as negatively impacts patient’s lives. Contributing factors are late or damaged(i.e. temp) deliveries, lack of engagement, and financial barriers
Branding and Marketing
Industry Problem Statement: Over the last few years the direct touchpoint with the customer (HCPs) has been minimized due to decreased in-office presence by brand/sales.
